Drawing a Pieced Border or Sash

You can draw your own pieced borders and sashes to add to the Pieced Border/Sash Library. Here's how:

1. Click on the File Menu and click on New.

1. Select either Border or Sash from the flyout menu.

1. Set the length and width of the border or sash.

1. Click the OK Button.

Perfect Quilt will place a red "border/sash corner" on the screen. You must draw your patches to make the border or sash within these red lines. Any patches outside of the red lines will not become a pieced border or sash.

When you are finished creating the border or sash. Click the Save Icon in the Ribbon Bar. You will save your pieced border or sash into My Library.
