Pieced Sashes
To Add a Pieced Sash to a Quilt
1. Create a quilt layout and add plain sashes. Click the Finish Button to place the quilt in the drawing area. The quilt must have plain sashes before you can add a pieced Sash.
1. Right click the right mouse button on the sash where you wish to place the pieced sash.
1. Select Open Sash from the Right Click Menu. Select a sash from the sash library. You can also browse the Sash Library by selecting Browse Sashes. If you browse Sashes, you can drag a sash preview to the quilt.
1. Click the Finish Button. Perfect Quilt will place the pieced Sash into the quilt.
1. To replace the pieced sash design, repeat steps 1 through 4. You can change pieced sashes as often as you like.
TIP: There are no fittings for a pieced sash. The sash design will repeat only once between blocks.
TIP: To adjust the width of the pieced Sash, you must re-open the Quilt Layout box and adjust the Sash width.
TIP: You cannot replace the pieced Sash with a plain Sash once you have added the pieced Sash to the quilt. To replace a pieced Sash with a plain Sash, open the Quilt Layout box and delete the pieced Sash and replace it with a plain Sash.
