Scoot and Rotate Fabric Tool

You can rotate and scoot a fabric design within a patch with the Fabric Scooter Tool. You can use the Fabric Scooter Tool with Blocks and Quilts. Please note that this feature is not available for Windows 95, 98 and ME Users.

To Scoot Fabrics

1. Click on the Fabric Scooter Tool. Perfect Quilt displays a fabric scoot/rotate menu under the Toolbar.

1. Select the Patch (or patches) that have the fabrics you want to scoot.

1. Click on either the Horizontal or Vertical Scooter scales to scoot the fabric.

To Rotate Fabrics

1. Click on the Fabric Scooter Tool. Perfect Quilt displays a fabric scoot/rotate menu under the Toolbar.

1. Select the Patch (or patches) that have the fabrics you want to rotate.

1. Click on Angle up/down arrows to rotate the fabric.

Scooting and Rotating Fabrics in a Quilt

Perfect Quilt will rotate or scoot all the fabrics in a block when the block is in a quilt. It 's best to rotate or scoot fabrics in a block, save it and then add it to a quilt.
