Select by Color Tool

Use the Select by Color Tool to Select Patches by Color. The Select by Color Tool is handy for quickly changing the colors or fabrics of patches in a block or quilt.

To Select Patches by Color

1. Click the mouse on the Select by Color Tool. The cursor becomes a striped arrow.

1. Click the mouse on the patch you want to select by color.

1. Perfect Quilt draws a select box around all the patches with the same color or fabric.

1. Click on a color of fabric swatch in either the Color or Fabric Palette. The patches that you selected by color will paint with the color or fabric you chose.
