Display Perfect Quilt Assistant
Click the Display Perfect Quilt Assistant box if you want to display the Perfect Quilt Assistant. When you click this box, you will display the main page of the assistant and you can then look up any topic through the Table of Contents.
When the Perfect Quilt Assistant is on, you will display a help topic every time you click on a menu item or tool button. To turn the Assistant off, click on the Help Menu and click off Perfect Quilt Assistant so that there is no check-box next to it.
Show "What to Do" Box at Startup
When you first open Perfect Quilt, it displays a "What would you like to do" box with several options, such as Create New Quilt, Create New Block, Open existing Quilt, Open existing Block and so on. When you see this box, you can click "Do not display" to turn it off.
To turn the "What to Do" box back on, click the show "What to Do" box in the Start-Up tab of the Preferences box.
You will also see the various options, such as "Create new Quilt" in the Start-Up tab.
This path is the place on your computer where Perfect Quilt will look for files that were not installed onto your hard disk. This will normally be your CD-ROM drive. The path will be something like D:\QuiltPro, where D: is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive. The only time you would need to change this is if you change your system configuration and the CD-ROM letter has changed, or if you have reset your preferences.
