Load Standard Color Palette

The Load Standard Color Palette will load a Quilt-Pro "standard" Color Palette into the Color Palette. This command is useful if you are missing Color Palettes.

Perfect Quilt will automatically load the Standard Color Palette as an "emergency" Color palette if it cannot located any other Color Palettes.
