Load Standard Fabric

The Load Standard Fabric will place a Perfect Quilt "standard" fabric into the Fabric Palette. This command is useful if you are missing fabrics or fabric palettes. Perfect Quilt's standard fabrics are 2 color bitmaps using the standard windows 16 colors.
