These settings control Perfect Quilt's tolerences when doing things like making templates, foundation patterns, rotary charts, etc.

Normally, you will not be changing these settings. If Tech Support determines you need these changed to help with a problem, you will be informed as to what values to enter here. Otherwise, you should not changed these settings.
