New File

Use the New File command to create new blocks, quilts, etc.

Note: To open a new blank design wall, click on the New File icon in the Ribbon Bar.

To Create a New File with the File Menu

1. Select New from the File Menu. A flyout menu appears.

1. Select the type of file you want. See file types for an explanation of the various file types.

1. When you have selected the file type you want, Perfect Quilt will open a new window for you. This is your new file.

Note: If you selected New Quilt, Perfect Quilt opens the Quilt Wizard. You can also select Block Wizard for new Blocks.
